We want you to love what you order from Option 51 but if something’s not quite right, don’t worry. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds to keep things fair, clear, and simple.

Overview

Eligibility for Returns

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it
• Returned in its original packaging

Because our products are fulfilled by different print and shipping partners, please use the return address shown on your order sheet or package label. This ensures it goes back to the right place.

Affiliate & Partner Purchases

If you’ve ordered a product through one of our partners or affiliates (like Demon Tweeks, GSF Car Parts, AliExpress, or Wex Photo Video), please note:

• Returns and refunds for those items must be handled directly with the partner you purchased from.
• Option 51 is not responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds on items bought from our partner sites.
• We can only help with official Option 51 merch purchased directly through our store.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm it’s been received and whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t seen it arrive yet, please:

1. Check your bank account or card statement
2. Contact your card provider (sometimes they take a little longer to process refunds)

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Shipping Returns

Please return your product to the address shown on your order sheet or packaging.
Option 51 can’t accept responsibility for returns sent to the wrong address.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
